At the heart of the system lies the CB7 Core controller, which packs 40 percent more computing power into a significantly reduced physical footprint. This compact powerhouse eliminates the need for bulky external network switches by natively connecting to PLCs, vision systems, and manufacturing execution platforms. Paired with the 20 percent lighter TP7 teach pendant and the detachable SP7 Smart Panel, operators can program complex sequences right at the point of action.
Furthermore, the PolyScope X software environment features open APIs and native ROS2 communication, actively reducing integration friction for advanced automation by allowing developers to run edge-AI applications directly onboard without external processing units.
