data center developer and power provider, recently locked in a massive $3.9 billion equity funding round, pushing its post-money valuation to roughly $30.9 billion.
This latest capital injection, co-led by Atreides Management, Valor Equity Partners, and Mubadala Capital, effectively triples the $10 billion valuation the company achieved in late 2025, according to recent
financial reporting.
Rather than pouring concrete for monolithic server farms, Crusoe is doubling down on a modular, factory-built approach. The fresh capital directly funds the aggressive expansion of its 352,000-square-foot manufacturing plant in Brighton, Colorado. This facility is entirely dedicated to producing "Crusoe Spark," the company’s proprietary modular AI factory units designed for rapid, plug-and-play deployment.
Just days before the funding announcement, the company also celebrated the grand opening of a second 400,000-square-foot manufacturing hub in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This new site is already generating over 300 local jobs and churning out the critical electrical backbone of modern AI campuses.
The Tulsa facility specifically produces medium-voltage switchgear, low-voltage switchboards, electrical enclosures, and custom-fabricated copper busbars essential for high-density compute environments. This vertical integration allows Crusoe to control quality and speed, eliminating reliance on third-party electrical contractors who are currently facing massive backlogs across the tech sector.
